Send a Card to the Dolphins: A Wild Card

The Miami Dolphins are working hard to reach the playoffs, and no matter how hard their division rivals are trying to hand them the division title, they seem to want to settle for less. Maybe because it took Jimmy Johnson 4 years to win a title in Dallas. He may feel he has to wait longer. He'd better learn fast the South Florida's fans will only accept a winner...and with the Heat, Panthers and Marlins all in their version of the playoffs, Johnson better pick up the pace.

The New England Patriots, who started the season with 4 wins, have proceeded to lose to weaker teams. The New York Jets are flying high, but seem very beatable in every game. The Buffalo Bills are on the downside of their teams that lost four consecutive Superbowls and the Colts are almost good enough to be called pathetic.

The Dolphins have a unique combination of personnel in their passing game. Their passer is the prolific Dan Marino, possibly the best the game has ever seen. While their receivers are unproven. OK, they've proven they can't catch well, but we're still hoping they'll "catch on" in the coming weeks.
